All players and coaches involved with Greenbelt Soccer Alliance benefit from the insurance provided by K&K Insurance through Maryland State Youth Soccer Association. There is medical, dental and liability coverage. We hope that no one needs it, but in the event that something happens, it is there for our players and coaches. The details of the coverage are below:

• Accident Insurance Policy Limits

•     Accident Medical/Dental Maximum $300,000
•     Accidental Death & Dismemberment $5,000
•     Deductible per claim $250
•     Physical Therapy/Chiropractic benefit $2,000/$50 maximum limit per visit
•     Benefit Period 52 weeks from date of injury

• Liability insurance Policy Limits
•     Limit of Liability - per occurrence $1,000,000
•     Limit of Liability - policy aggregate per location $5,000,000
•     Fire Legal Liability $300,000
•     Medical Expense (to non-participants) $5,000
•     Deductible $0

If there is an accident, let us know and then access this link to get a claim started. Once approved through MSYSA, your soccer-related medical expenses can be direct-billed to K&K Insurance after meeting the $250 deductible. Please realize that this is a secondary insurance policy so any other medical insurance that you have will be billed first and the excess will be billed to K&K.
