We are always recruiting coaches!

Greenbelt Soccer Alliance coaches are all volunteers who love to work with children and who love the game. Because we guarantee 50% playing time for all players we must keep our teams small. Also we like to have two coaches per team. This means we are always looking for more volunteers coaches. We offer many incentives to coaches and have a large set of coaching resources. We also run our own coach training program that offers both a classroom and a field component and is targeted to the first-time coach. Greenbelt Soccer Alliance follows the developmental coaching methodology advocated by the US Soccer Federation. You can read more about the developmental coaching model in a blog posting here.
