We are currently seeking a new sponsor for this activity so that all Greenbelt SA players will have a chance to win a free ice cream during the Challenge! They will also join our winners circle!
Please realize that the skill required to accomplish the Challenge approaches the skill level of travel team players. So your player will have to practice on their own to win a free ice cream!
All members of current Greenbelt SA teams are welcome to participate. The Challenge will be held during one of your regular practices.
Here are the rules for the Greenbelt SA Ice Cream Juggling Challenge!
The ball can be dropped from the hands to get started (but no hands or arms used after that), the first touch has to be with the foot for grades three and higher, and the final touch does not have to be controlled. For the 1st and 2nd grade group, the first touch may be with any legal part of the body such as the knee or thigh although we encourage them to use their feet. Each player will have 5 attempts, 1 must be successful. The number of juggles required at each age group is:

- PGSI 3rd/4th grade: 5 juggles
- PGSI 5th/6th grade: 7 juggles
- U12 selected team: 11 juggles
- U13 selected team: 13 juggles
- U14 selected team: 17 juggles
- U15 selected team: 25 juggles
- U16 and above selected team: 30 juggles
