Summer Soccer Field Monitor Schedule
Thank you field monitors for volunteering! There is not much to do. In fact, the less you do (and say!) the better for the kids. If you want to understand more about the "street soccer" concept and its importance in the development of creative soccer play, please refer to the "Best Practices" document from the US Soccer Federation and this video on "Street Soccer Day", the first Wednesday of September, from US Youth Soccer.
Initially we will plan to run all sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings. If we receive sufficient registrations (and have enough volunteers), we will expand to Tuesday and Thursday as well. Each age group will have two sessions per week. The schedule below will be updated as the summer progresses and as we receive more commitments of availability. If no one is listed for a date, that means we have an insufficient number of volunteers for that date and one or more sessions could be canceled. You can sign up to volunteer as a field monitor here. You will monitor the play on two different fields.

We also need "Commissioners for the week" who will bring the Pugg goals, one ball per field and pinnies and set up the goals for one week of the 6 week program. You must have or obtain (at no cost to you) a current background check to be a commissioner for the week.
